Any
questions or concerns you may have with a purchase made at Vandenberg
Furniture are very important to us and we appreciate the opportunity to
help. You are always welcome to contact the store any time we are
open. To provide you with the highest quality of service follow these
simple guidelines.
The Service Manager is usually available from
9:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays only. If he is not able to talk to you
when you call and someone else can’t answer your questions, all
relevant information will be passed on to him and you will be contacted
at the earliest possible time.
If you are calling for the
first time about a service issue, please have your copy of your invoice
with you as this will greatly speed up our initial response to your
concerns.
If you are inquiring about an existing purchase or
service order, please call during our week day hours; since our
manufacturers' service departments are not open evenings or weekends
should we need to call them and inquire.
